So today I decided to put together a super quick and easy booty burner workout which you can easily do at home!
You can do it without any equipment, but I used a resistance band and an extra weight to really amp up the burn! The resistance bands I use are these, and they are so good! I’m using the medium one in this video.
- Jumping squats
- Squats with weight ( I’m holding 10kg) followed by glute kickbacks ▫️
- Side squats with weight (10kg again) followed by side kicks
- Lunges with weight (10kg)
Do each exercise 10-12 times and repeat three times!
And there we go! A super easy yet effective booty and leg burner which will also increase your metabolism!
