Here is a super easy workout which you can do without the need for any gym!
Simply grab a chair, and follow these simple exercises below!
This is a total body workout, so you will be aching all over once you finish!!
- 3 X 10 Reps Single Leg Squats
- 3 X 10 Elevated Press Ups
- 3 X 12 Tricep Dips
- 3 X 12 Single Leg Glute Bridges on each leg
- 1 minute elevated plank to finish
Make sure you take a 30 second rest in between each set, or more if you need to!
Don’t rush these exercises – the slower you do them the harder they will be, but that will mean you are working your muscles more!
