The other day I bought some resistance bands off Amazon. I had seen them used by many fitness gurus and thought they would be a fab piece of equipment to own to intensify my at-home workouts.
The bands I bought are these .
They are such good value and come in three different levels of resistance: strong, medium and light. The level of resistance you choose depends on how intense you wish your workout to be.
Resistance bands are great as they allow you to do strength training exercises without the need for loads of complicated machines or weights.
They are also a fab tool to take with you on holiday if you wish to keep fit whilst you are away as they are so light weight.
I have put together this super simple and quick leg and glute at-home workout using the strongest band. Have a look below:

- Glute Kickbacks: 3 Sets of 12 Reps on each leg
- Side Kicks: 3 Sets of 12 Reps on each leg
- Squats: 3 Sets of 12 Reps
- Jumping Squats: 2 Sets of 12 Reps
- Leg Bridges: 3 Sets of 12 Reps (really squeeze your bum at the top)
- Walking Side Squats: 1 Sets of 12 Reps (each way)
