There’s no better way to feel motivated to work out and eat well than following some of the most inspirational fitness women on social media.
Whenever I have a slight wobble about my exercise regime or I am feeling a bit lost, I look to these awesome ladies for a much-needed confidence boost.
Not only do they give you proper body goals, they also give me some great workout ideas, meal plans and nutrition advice. Here are some of my favourite women – I thoroughly recommend following them ALL!
1. Carys Gray – @busybee.carys
GRL PWR YASSSS 👑 I legit just tried the @womensbest chocalate whey protein for the first time and YUUUUM so this is my second helping🤗🤗🤗🤗 I'm so so fussy with protein powders and the only one I used to touch was the womens best Vanilla whey but now I can add choc to my list YAY!!!✔ these also help me alot to get my sugar craving under control cus they taste like milkshakes to meee😍 Also can barely walk after my leg day today so these should be put to good use 😭😭😭😭

Another gorgeous lady who is super inspirational and fun to watch! She is also an amazing singer and songwriter.
She has some really good vlogs which I love watching with a cup of tea in the morning! I also loved her ‘Getting the Peach to the Beach’ series, which taught me some really good glute and leg exercises!

Some leggies from today 👊🏼😅 hurts so good so fire so flames growing the peach and quads. Add this to your next leg day: 1️⃣ 4 SETS: 8 stationary lunges on each leg to 10 pulsing lunges, 10 pulse squats, 10 pulsing lunges other leg 2️⃣ 5 sets of 5 one and 3/4th squats. I love following Whitney’s awesome workouts – she has given me some really good ideas for things to try in the gym.
Her ‘what I eat in a day’ videos are really interesting too. She believes in balance and treating herself from time to time – which I believe passionately about as well!

I first followed Carly as she posted videos about going to a CrossFit gym and what it is like! I’ve always wanted to go to CrossFit but I’m too scared at the moment! One day!
She also posts workouts anyone can do at home with no equipment. Once again she’s super down to earth and lovely too!
